Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the cafe nomi, which is connected to the BnC Lounge. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are leaving at a specific time, please reserve your breakfast with us in advance. Please also contact us beforehand if you have any allergies.
The following are some of our most highly-recommend restaurants. These local spots are popular among the people of Inami, and offer a unique experience that can't be found in a guidebook. Each of our accommodations also has a fully-furnished kitchen, so you are welcome to cook your own meals and try out the local ingredients.
Japanese Hot Springs
Although baths are also available at each of our accommodations, we recommend that you take advantage of the nearby hot spring facilities when staying in larger groups of several people. The following are some of the hot springs located within a 10-minute drive from your accommodations.
The following are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our customers. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any other questions about your stay.
Q. Can I change or cancel my reservation?
As a general rule, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any significant changes made after a booking has been confirmed (except for through some reservation sites and other special campaigns). Please be aware that we will be unable to cancel or issue a refund for your reservation.
Q. How can I try my hand at wood carving?
We offer an optional “apprenticeship” experience with a local artisan. If you wish to participate, please contact us at least 10 days in advance before your stay.
Q. Will we have to share a room with other travelers?
All of our facilities are reserved on an individual basis. Each accommodation is fully reserved for the exclusive personal use of your group or party.
Q. Do you offer a pick-up service?
We are very sorry, but we do not provide pick-up or luggage delivery services.
Q. Can I leave my luggage with you?
Guests can store their luggage with us before and after they have checked-in.
Q. What should I do if I have any problems during my stay?
We don’t have staff on hand 24/7, but if you need any assistance during your stay, we will help you as much as we can on the phone or through email. Our staff will also visit your accommodations as needed to make sure that you can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Q. Where can I find an ATM?
There is a post office, Hokuriku Bank located within walking distance. Please enquire with each institution individually about their business hours.
Q. Can I cook in my accommodations?
Each facility has a kitchen, tableware, and basic utensils (knifes, fry pans, pots, etc.). Seasonings and ingredients are not provided, so please bring your own.
Q. Do you offer dinner services?
We only serve breakfast at the cafe nomi, which is connected to the BnC Lounge (except for with some stay plans). Please visit the nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Q.Are there any places where smoking is permitted?
Our facilities are entirely non-smoking. Please smoke outside on the terrace or in other designated areas.
Q. Can children stay overnight?
Families with children are welcome to stay at our accommodations. However, please be careful to warn your children not to touch the many artworks on display throughout the rooms.
Q. Do you have air conditioning?
Although our facilities are equipped with air conditioners, please note that they may not be able to maintain a comfortable room temperature in extremely cold or hot weather due to the classic structure of the old houses which we have worked to maintain.
