Check-in
We await your visit at the BnC Lounge.
The place where Bed and Craft guests can check in differs from the actual location where they will be staying in Inami. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance and complete the check-in procedure at the BnC Lounge.
Check-in hours are from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you require parking on check-in, please use the private parking lot (3-30 Honmachi, Nanto City) located just a 1-minute walk along the same street as the BnC Lounge.

Guide at the BnC lounge
After arriving at the BnC Lounge, we welcome you to enjoy a selection of local drinks and snacks. Our concierge will guide you through your stay. Please feel free to contact us at any time for more information on how to enjoy your time in Inami. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance and use our self check-in service. Self check-in
To the villa
After check-in, you will head to your accommodations by passing through traditional streets lined with wood carving studios. During your stay, you can use the parking lot near each accommodation for free (up to one car per group). If your group is traveling with two or more cars, please use the free BnC Lounge parking lot or pay an additional parking fee (standard car: 210 yen) for the Kotsu-hiroba parking lot.
Self check-in
Those who wish to use our self check-in service are able to enter the room directly without contact with staff or other customers. This requires guests to complete the procedure online in advance.
*If you wish to check in at the BnC Lounge with our concierge, this procedure is not required.
*Self check-in may not be available for reservations that require cash settlement or are associated with some special campaigns (“Go To Travel” using STAY NAVI, etc.).
1. Self check-in offer
If you have not selected the “Self Check-in” request field at the time of booking and would like to change to self check-in, please email [info@bedandcraft.com] or call (0763-77-4138) and make a request at least 3 days in advance.
2. Enter customer information
The Hotel Business Law of Japan requires the representative to declare the name, address, occupation, etc., of lodgers. Please provide this information at least 3 days before your stay by using the official app or the dedicated form.
3. Obtaining PIN
The door of the accommodation is unlocked with a PIN. We will send you your PIN by email by the day before your reservation.
4. To the villa
You can enter the room after 16:00 on the day of your arrival. Please come directly to the accommodation. If you use the parking lot, please use the private parking lot described on the official website/app.
5. Concierge
If you have any problems during your stay or would like to request room service, etc., please contact our concierge from the official app.
6. Check-out
You can easily check out without visiting the BnC Lounge by simply pressing the “checkout” button from the official app. For safety, please check that the lights are turned off and any fire sources have been extinguished before leaving the room.
