Booking


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

As a general rule, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any significant changes made after a booking has been confirmed (except for through some reservation sites and other special campaigns). Please be aware that we will be unable to cancel or issue a refund for your reservation. However, we will accept changes in the number of people up to 3 days in advance.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

As a general rule, we accept reservations from 180 days to 3 days before the check-in date. However, you may still be able to book an overnight stay directly in advance depending on the current situation. Please contact us by email or phone for last-minute inquiries.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN?

Children under the age of 13 can stay at the child rate (except for through some reservation sites and other special campaigns). Please see the reservation page for prices. In addition, children under the age of 3 may stay free of charge when no additional beds or meals are required.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS STAYED?

Excluding some package plans, we offer 10% off for 2+ night stays, 20% off for 4+ night stays, and 30% off for 6+ night stays.

WHEN DO I PAY?

As a general rule, we require payment in advance. If you make a reservation online, we may issue the charge to your credit card at any time from 10 minutes after your reservation is made to the day before your stay (except for through some reservation sites).

Workshop


HOW CAN I TRY MY HAND AT WOOD CARVING?

We offer an optional “apprenticeship” experience with a local artisan. If you wish to participate, please contact us at least 10 days in advance before your stay.

CAN I DO AN “APPRENTICESHIP” WITHOUT STAYING IN THE HOTEL?

Unfortunately, we do not offer workshops on their own. We would like you to learn more about the town itself in order to truly get to know the artisans, so we ask guests to stay at least one night in order to participate in a workshop.

WHERE DO THESE EXPERIENCES TAKE PLACE?

Workshops are held at each artisan’s studio over a period of 3 hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

The artisans will prepare all tools necessary for the experience. However, the workspace may get slightly messy, so please wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, and that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.

DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP SERVICE?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not provide pick-up or luggage delivery services.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE WITH YOU?

Guests can store their luggage with us both before and after they have checked-in.

DO YOU PROVIDE ROOM SERVICE?

Room service is available between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday. During this time period, we can deliver alcoholic beverages and a selection of snacks to your room. *Service hours may vary depending on relevant circumstances.
